Can anyone explain how to start a new game with the Random PA/CA and Random budgets please. Everything I do makes starting a new game get stuck. The readme inside the folder is out of date as its talking about New players and stuff

all you have to do is remove the file called “non dynamic data” and replace it with a single one of the “dynamic data X” files.

 

There's no reason for it to change the load times because they two files should be identical in size and you're swapping them out not adding
