i bought premium for 10 pound and the money has came out of my bank account however i have not recieved the benefits of being in premium and cant downlaod the face packs and all the packs so I wonder what my money has gone to

Sorry for not replying sooner. In general, the Premium Membership applies automatically and immediately following the transaction being completed.
Unfortunately, in terms of who can directly inspect those transactions and troubleshoot a specific case - it is only the Site Administrator/owner. I will tag him in this post to draw his attention to it.
@Footygamer - can you please take a look at this account and assist when you can?

Are there any chance that you have bought access to the improved “data update” and not the “premium membership”, there is a difference. I can not explain why we have the two different payments (and I believe we are working on making it more clear and easy to find the explanation).
