Cheapest way to buy FM26?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what is currently the best deal to buy FM26 in Europe.
The LOADED (formerly CDkeys) price is at €39.59 currently, which isn't that bad.
But it says that "This edition does not include early access", which is weird because in previous years it always included early access.
Is there a reliable source that sells FM26, with early access, at a similar price?
Thank you.

Ps: I know early pre-ordering is kinda frowned upon and I get why.
But tbh even if the game is trash, I'd still buy it for the database and that's why I'd like to buy early, before the price spikes.

there are content creators sharing affiliate links that allow you to pre-order with beta access for £38.94 / €46.73. The cdkeys deal is the best if you're happy to go without the early access, but imagine the affiliate ones are the cheapest it'll be including it.

Thank you, I am aware of that specific deal (all the content creators I've seen have the same one).
Seeing as I had bought FM25 for €34.79 (got a refund obviously) and FM24 for €38.29, I was hoping there'd be a deal out there for around that price (with early access).
I guess now with the move to Unity, the lowest prices for FM will be closer to ~€50 than ~€35 like before.
