hello, just paid and downloaded latest fm24 data update, but its like playing previous season without any update (team PAOK Greece)..

If you mean the file you have uploaded, that is the league file, not the transfer file. That file alters promotions and relegations in Greece. For player transfers, you need to enable the file sortitousi.net FM24 Data Update - Contracts . In the past few days, the nomenclature used for the files has changed, but the contracts one contains all transfers.
As you can see on the PAOK page, there are lots of alterations in terms of added youth and all transfers.
