Yes, of course, no problem. You can see my folder structure in the attachments.

There is no longer a need to reload:

Sorry, I cannot locate the problem from this. Try removing Togo and the other logo Derek mentioned on the previous page, maybe it will work then.
zalman_07
Thanks anyway for trying.
darimuler93
Have you edited the config file? If not, all you need to do is duplicate one of the entries and change the numbers to the Milan women's. It can be done using Notepad on Windows.
darimuler93
I found a solution. All logos (except Serie A) and player pictures are now showing. Just make sure your graphics folder reads like mine in the second screenshot.
Karl Johnston
I have not mate. Where is the config file located? I've opened the ones in ‘editor data’ and ‘games’ but I get a weird message when I open it (I'm using a Mac so opened it in the Notepad equivalent. Thanks for your help 😊

One thing I have noticed, is that while in the previous versions of FM the game read folders in alphanumeric order, the new Beta reads them in reversed alphanumeric order.
Say you have a two sets of club logos and configs for same ID in different folders. Folders A and B. In FM24 the logo in folder A would be displayed, but in the new game the one in the B folder is displayed.
Is this by design, or can it be an oversight?
Derek
Exactly. This is what I’ve been saying about the likes of Mauritania being read before Serie A.
DJHY1
A workaround for various logos clashing that I have found, is to very specifically name them as to what they are for.
ducc
Darimuler93 above may be onto something about the order of the different graphics packs, its just that the folders may have to be in correct order within the packs as well. Of course things may change for the full game. Right now Serie A and Mauritania logos can be displayed simultaneously, as long as the nation logos are in a folder that comes after the competition logos in alphanumeric order. Of course the nation logos are in some instances stretched out of proportion…
Derek
I’ll definitely try this when I get home.
Yes I seen the nations logos are stretched. I assumed, wrongly or rightly it‘s perhaps got something to do with how they have aligned flags maybe?
Having the small logos in other years sorted that issue of course.
darimuler93
It's in the logopack folder. All the way down or up, depending on the sorting order. Right-click the config file, then open it with Notepad or a similar program. Copy-paste one of the <record from="13172353" to="graphics/pictures/club/13172353/logo"/> and change ‘13172353’ to Milan's ID. Save the document, and that should do it.
darimuler93
I didn't tag you in the message above

I have finnaly fixed logos + facepack compatibility. I'm using logos “TCM24 for FM26” and faces “Cut-Out Player Faces Megapack 2025.00” (iconfaces folder should be removed).
Derek
Unfortunately not the answer it seems mate. Although changing the order can provide you with an outcome that might suit an individual better it doesn't fix the underlying issue that the same ID numbers are not being read from different folders consistently.
I've got some combinations working and then others stop working.
Example: I've got Serie A, Mauritania and Boca etc all working simultaneously but then the La Liga etc logos don't.
zalman_07
That doesn't solve the issue either.
zalman_07
Yes, correct. The solution is to make sure the folders inside the graphics packs are in the correct alphanumeric order. Specifically, the nation logo folders must come after the competition logo folders. When arranged like that, both Serie A and Mauritania logos will display correctly at the same time (though some nation logos may appear stretched).
The fix is to put the nation logo folder after the competition logo folder in alphabetical order. That way, both sets of logos show up correctly.
Derek
No, it just resolves the issue with certain logos as I mentioned in my previous post. You will still have several competition logos not working.
La Liga being one of them.
ducc
For me everything seems to be working. The conflicting IDs that have been mentioned here are all displaying correctly, and I have not noticed anything else being amiss. The logopack is the only additional graphics I have at the moment though.
That looks like the Mauritanian flag. Or is it as the Mauritanian FA logo in the pack?
esca
Is this a known issues that has been reported in SI Forums?
elefterios Papamarkou
When i download a logo pack it has many sub folders in it like logos/club/comp/flags/nations/media
Do we have to move all logo files out of the sub folders then delete the subfolders?
Andrey Pinilla
Has anyone already reported the duplicate IDs in the FM thread?
w44643233
Because now Faces and Logos are in conflict, files with the same name cannot appear. If both file names are 1122, only one will take effect. My current solution is to use DVX Logos because its file name is not a pure numeric ID
DVX Logo would be my second choice,I chose FMG as the highest priority among the logos. If there is a conflict between the FMG logo and the faces file,The DVX Logo will replace its absence.
w44643233
Your method only adjusts the folder to read first. Although the logo takes effect, it will cause the Players faces with the same ID to lose the effect.
for example, Chievo and Julen Lopetegui all have the same ID: 1122.

I think we should wait for full version on nov 4th…Indeed there are few things I really don t understand…
RJO1377
I managed to get all the club and nation logos working by rearranging and reordering their containers… basically the folders and subfolders under \graphics. But it's not a sustainable fix, since some competition logos still don't show up, and other areas might be affected too.
I believe the FM26 engine isn't properly distinguishing UIDs in the respective config.xml files for those with identical IDs, even though the XMLs clearly define elements like logo, comp, etc. This was never an issue in previous FM editions, so the problem likely lies within the FM26 base source code itself…something only SI can fix, hopefully when the full release drops next month.
I do wonder, though, if this has already been reported to the SI tech support forums. Otherwise, they might not even be aware of it. Or maybe they already know but can't do much because of Unity's limitations, or they simply rushed the beta and left it as an afterthought. Not sure.
ducc
Didn't think the names of the image files would have an effect, since the files are still linked to plain IDs in configs, but the file names do indeed have an effect.
Bielsa is a legend
best to wait as they are aware and will fix, if you do workarounds you will have to undo it all in 10 days
w44643233
I have personally tested it. For example, the file names of Chievo and Julen Lopetegui are both 1122, so only one file can take effect. Unless another one changes its name. So that's why I chose to use DVX Logos, because its files are not just digital ID.
