downloaded on MacBook, can't add to game, I don't seem to have the folders in library

i have put it in tactics but every time on the game it shows it is going to play another tactic. i have set it as primary, but it shows in the reports that i am playing my first saved tactic. how i can fix that? the file shows it is from 01/01/01.
