FM26 Match Engine Has Been Updated
FM26 Match Engine was just updated on February 11th which will have broken many tactics.
This is a generic message applied to all FM26 tactics check for tests with an ME Version 26.2 or greater.
4-2-4 Control tactic, Will score lots of goals. This got me from the bottom tier of Japanese football to the top in just 2 seasons.
Make sure you set mentality to Attacking
The mentality doesn't seem to import correctly in the beta all the time. Make sure it is set to attacking for best results.

Should be set to attacking.. weird that hasnt imported with the tactic. Might be a bug in the beta, i'll edit the post to reflect

I have Steam version, can't upload any tactic so far. Does someone knows a solution for this?

You need to create your own tactic and save it to create the folder structure the game needs. You should then be able to import other tactics

I'm running on Mac. I've created my tactic; I've tried changing the destination folder and even creating a path in Application Support for Sports Interactive. Nothing has resolved the issue. Do you have the same problem? Anybody?

go to the hidden folder ~/Library/then Application suport - sport interactive - FM26 . once here create a tactics folder and copy the downloaded tactics into it. I also have steam and game from MAC
