Real Fixture & Results are back!
First of all, I wanted to thank you for the support, feedback, and changes you've suggested over the past few months for the previous project.
Achieving these numbers was by no means a given!
KEY FEATURES
- Real Fixture & Results
- Fix date for national cups
- Playable B teams where they are not already in the original database (e.g. Italy)
TWO DIFFERENT MODES
- Normal Real Fixture & Results: The classic real fixtures & results mode you used until the last update with the addition of the winners of the super cups played in July-August.
- Only Fixture: The mode where there are fixtures and you can start with the league start date of the chosen nation like a normal career.
COMMON ISSUE
If you use "Continue Game Timeout" the game may decide to simulate the start date during loading, taking you to a later date.
To avoid this, simply:
- Disable "Continue Game Timeout" in preferences, before creating a new game.
- Create your game to use real results.
- As soon as you've saved the first time, re-enable in preferences "Continue Game Timeout."

I've created a few "fixed" leagues for you because the process is very lengthy and you won't get the same results as starting a year later.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE FOLDER
Inside the main folder you will find:
- The folder 'Normal Real Fixture & Results', containing the 'Start Date', ‘Alternative’ subfolder and the various .fmf files. The 'Alternatives' folder contains alternative files for starts on certain dates in combination with the starter dates and a '_README' file with instructions on how to use them in both English and Italian.
- The folder 'Only Fixture', containing the various .fmf files for the various fixtures.
HOW TO INSTALL FILES
The .fmf files must be inserted in:
Documents\Sport Interecative/Football Manager 2026\editor data
For Epic Games:
/Users / [your user] / Library / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
For MAC:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive
By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:
Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2026’
For Steam Deck:
devices / home / deck / .local / share / Steam / steamapps / compatdata / 1904540 / pfx / drive_c / users / steamuser / My Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
Starting a new save using Football Manager Original mode is required.
HOW TO START SAVE WITH THIS SCENARIO
- Load the files.
- Add any leagues you want and the
Seychellesnation onView-Only. - Choose the date from
Seychellesnation where you want to start with real results. - On
Add and Remove Leaguesgo to remove theSeychellesLeague.

First of all, thanks for this upload.
I'm trying to create the real results for the Belgian first division by following the guide on Sortitoutsi.
Somehow it's not working in game so there is probably something I'm doing wrong but as far as I know I did all necessary steps.
Yours are working as intended.
I compared my file to yours but I couldn't find a way to fix it.
Would you be able to have a look and tell me how I can fix it if that is possible for you?

Because with real results it has always been like this that they are perfectly compatible only with the original version of the database.

I was trying, but was not able to make it, not sure if it was because of me, or if i am using a “older” version of the generator
My idea is to also make the Bulgarian 2nd league, and the Dutch 2nd League.
I know the Dutch 2nd league is complicated every year due to the split in periods, but i want to see if it works, cause then Vitesse only starts playing in September,
I will play around, and see how far i can get with Dutch KKD (2nd league)
