I just downloaded the update you don't get faces and max dowman isn't even in the arsenal squad. what a waste of £10

@forgiven21 Max Dowman is definitely in our update.
If you are reporting a problem with our data update can you please do so in the the appropriate forum rather than some other random topic and provide alot more detail on the steps you've taken. That way people can help you.

I have found max dowman now he was in the under 18s squad which is wrong as he is in the main squad in real life. But there's no picture just a random picture

We don't control what squad he goes into the AI manager does.
He also definitely has a picture in our facepack which I see you downloaded 3 hours ago.
Can you please confirm the ID number he has in your game. You should be able to see it next to his name on his profile, if not you have to change your preferences to show unique ID's in players profile. Unfortunately I can't give specific instructions as i'm unable to open FM26 at this moment in time, but it should be easy to find.

Your face pics and IDS are way off on the youth players. Perhaps get them fixed first

Our IDs are correct.
IDs can become out of sync if you're trying to use multiple files together or other installation issues.
If you want help because you've messed up the installation perhaps try using a different tone and offering a little more detail about the steps you've taken.
