Changing Kits in FM26

Hi, I have added all the kits from this season, however for a couple of teams I like to use the kits from older seasons, eg HSV 20/21 kit. 

In previous FM versions I could add the old season kit images in to the relevant graphics folder and delete the current season kits and the old kit would appear, however in FM26 I cannot get this to work, it still shows the current season kit and I don't know where to find it to delete it!

I have tried it with Allow licensed kits selected and deselected in the in game editor but to no avail,

 

Any tips or advice would be appreciated

 

Strangely it has worked when I replaced the AS Roma kit, but not with AC Milan or HSV
