hi guys,

first of all i didnt know where else to put it...

so here is the problem, i play in germany and i cant either set the starting formation nor can i change anything in the staff-responsibilities... there i cant check on of the boxes and no coach is selected, and i cant select on (but i have on hired )

so whats the problem here??

I too have the same problem: (
I wish I could manage my team reserves (in germany would be under 23) but I can not do it: (
I train the shalke and my team under 23 (shalke II) is located in the third division, but even though I have so many good young team can not seem to manage it and so I bad results.
I wish I could train so ottenre the same results that I have with the first team but when I go to the staff Responsibilities-I can not choose to handle it ... how can I do??
