@dejong are you 100% Oskar Bohn and Oskar Engel were every actually added to FM24?

The only submissions I can find for these people have an error that no team was set so I can't see that they were ever actually added to in FM24 in our updates?

And these date back to February.

There were alot of bugs when this was first implemented at the start of the year so that loss of data may well be a bug.

I've fixed these players now

downloaded the enhanced update, not sure if its FM's ratings or the live update but have noticed key players in real life not featuring at all for clubs in game. Mateta never plays for Palace, Minteh for Brighton available for loan, Bergval in Spurs U21 team…. maybe needs tweaking in an update…

@gazcarter1 are you able to check their CA's in the pre game editor, in game editor or genie/fmrte?

Are you talking about FM24 or FM26?

I know what you're talking about. Edited players, especially those who weren't in FM24, were added via files available here, or their skills were edited and are already in FM26, and have unassigned skills. If I notice something like this, I immediately correct it via the skill change form.

Strange, when I create a new game it doesn't appear, but it does appear in the editor and when I edit it it appears normally in the game

@jrdra  What edits do you make to make it appear in the game?

Thanks for the response Footygamer- in that February update Sortitoutsi had released an excel file with the full list of created young players, their unique ID, transfermarkt link etc. Is there any similar excel file currently available? Many thanks

@dejong no the system has had considerable updates since then and everything is managed on the website now rather than spreadsheets.

That's why I can't get my head around the fact that it can be edited normally in the editor.

@jrdra sorry i'm not sure I understand.

I think you are saying that he doesn't appear in your game unless you edit him in the pre game editor and the edits you have to make to get him to appear are to change his type from player to non player and set a new club?

Is that correct or am I misunderstanding?

Love the update, great work as always however does anyone know an easy way for me to identify duplicate players that have been created either in the pre-game editor or using FMRTE? 

It's great that a number of youth players have been added however it appears a number already existed in the game and there are now a number of duplicates in my save.

@tcoleman1 can you please provide some examples?

Can you also make clear if you're talking about FM24 or FM26?

I've been working really hard to remove all duplicates and thought I had got all of them but it seems not, but I can't do anything to fix it without examples.

It is available from the same ‘main’ page that you would get the FM26 Data Update from: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update

Noting that you subscribe to the Enhanced Data Update, you should see the following section of the page when you go to the above link:
 

The two blue buttons correspond to the Data Updates for FM26 and FM24 respectively.

Please note: there are some issues we are tackling with the content of the FM24 Data Update - but in terms of being able to download the latest/current version, it should always be available to you via that main page.

Hey admins, I've downloaded the free basic Data Update for FM 26, but there is only two files named: CONTRACTS and JAPAN LEVEL 10. 
Is it normal? Will I actually find the transfers etc. updated in the game?

Yes, this is normal - the file named ‘sortitoutsi.net FM26 Data Update - Contracts.fmf’ contains all of the core changes; including transfers, changes to contract lengths and newly-created players.

hey admins, the CA and PA from fm24 data update are equal to the fm26 CA and PA of these players?

We can't just take FM26 attributes and put them into FM24.

I just downloaded the live update file for FM24, but the “Contracts” file was last updated on 30/11, even though it says it’s updated every 20 minutes. How often is this file actually updated?

It's currently being updated less frequently / manually owing to the recent issues. The pause at the moment is whilst issues with some non-playing staff and contracts get bottomed out (there are no issues in the file available; but more testing needs to be done before we resume 20-minute, automated updates).

As a standard position - and for the vast majority of time since we moved to ‘updates every 20 minutes’ it has been getting updated every 20 minutes. So the answer to your question from a general standpoint is ‘every 20 minutes’, but not at the moment owing to some data integration bugs. An ‘every 20 minutes’ schedule will resume once the final/ongoing issues are tackled.

i downloaded the cut out facepack and the wonderkids facepack, the cut out facepack works just fine but the problem is my wonderkids facepack didn’t load the faces ingame

did i put it on the wrong file? can anyone help me with this issue 

a tutorial would be nice!

@Alvin Immanuel are you starting a new game today or yesterday on the new BETA track? If so, the wonderkid facepack won't work, you would have to wait until the main game is updated on the 8th.

i started the game before the new beta track, but quick question, where do i need to put the wonderkids facepack file? with the cut out facepack or separate file outside the cut out?

I have premium but I cant download the premium download?? Why?

Hey guys, in the data update all “Directors of Football” are shown as “Directors”. I think there might be a bug or something…

Edit: Club presidents are also buggy

What happens when a player is no longer playing for the reserves but is a regular starter for the first team? However, he's not listed as a first-team player during matches or on the team roster. What changes should be made when applying for this change? This concerns Clemens Lippmann, a player for TSV 1860 Munich.

How do I submit a new position for a player? This kid is listed primarily as a CB in game, and as a forward on the club website. Or do I just leave it since he is competent at striker
