Change colour of generic text

Hi, I am struggling for hours now to find the exact file or line of code that changes the colour of the dark blue texts (positions, wages, happiness etc).
The colour is also often used in other screens, such as the dropdown menu (Save Game, Exit, Preferences etc).

I changed pretty much everything in in the colour settings xml, but can't seem to find the correct line to change.
