Help before I get sacked!

So after 11 games with Barrow in League Two winning 3, drawing 2 and losing 6, I am on the verge of being sacked and struggling to get to grips with the new set up on FM26.

Every game apart from 1 I am getting grossly outplayed, conceding chances and struggling creating too much going forward. Any idea where I am going wrong from the attached tactics?

Theory for what I am trying to do is sit low def line as my defenders are all slow to stop the ball over the top, pack the middle of the park to try stop teams playing through me and then create chances through a mix of crosses from WBs and from a DLF dropping deep and my AM making runs into the space he vacates and my other striker getting into the channels. Anything obvious standing out that explains why I am getting so many issues and lack any semblance of being even a little comfortable in games?
