I don't know if you've already considered adding "extra" slots for any "alternate" jerseys or fourth/fifth jerseys.

@Footygamer I suggest changing the text in this slot, there are kits here that do not work on fm 26. They work up to fm24 but as correctly reported they are updated to the 25-26 season. https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/kits

It is better to have a description similar to this one where you specify the season (24-25) (25-26) while keeping the main information, that is that it is still a kit for fm24, but removing any reference to fm26.

I think we have discussed this but i'm afraid i'm completely blanking on where that discussion happened or what was decided.

I have a feeling I wanted to but someone pointed out that, that would be problematic for some reason. Maybe because there wouldn't be a valid XML for it or something? I really can't remember.

I think you're suggesting it is changed to “25/26 FM05-24 3D Kits” but that would confuse anyone looking for 19/20 kits or similar wouldn't it?

I think i've maybe misunderstood so if you could please make it clearer with words rather than screenshots i'd appreciate it.

Assuming the system that creates the package is automated, perhaps that's why it's a problem to create a folder called "alternative" with the "extra" kits inside.

I have no idea if this is possible, but the solution might be this: For kits loaded as home/away/third, the correct configuration file is created. For any other kits (home alt / away alt fourth, etc.), simply place them in an additional folder within the same folder. But I don't know if this is possible.

in the first line I read FM26 .. I could therefore mistakenly believe that inside there are kits that work on fm26, but this is not the case.

My suggestion is therefore to correct the information on the front line so that it is clear that there are 3D kits "updated" to season 25-26 but NOT working on fm26.

Here's an example of what I personally imagine the first two lines might look like.

Ah yes that is already on the todo list to name them “25/26 Season” or similar.

For kitpacks (both 2D and 3D), I found kits are loaded correctly in a new save, but are not loaded in the country I'm managing in (Brazil) for my existing save. Is there a way to clear cache for kits specifically so they use the kits from the graphics folder? Restarting the game does not work. Also, I did not have this issue with logo packs.

Can someone help me if possible, every year I unlock Harchester in the game being an old dream team fan, anyway this year I'm trying to make 3d kits of my ss kits I customed for the first time, using the templates I've got  to this stage now, how far off am I from completing and how do I save it once completed? it's purple top and socks, white shorts for home, away will be all orange white trim and third is white top and socks and purple shorts, a picture of the SS kits are also below to help guide if possible

normally I don't have any problems to make graphics work in FM, but this year it seems the game is against me. 

I always build my costume database, I started to play this game when it called Championship manager and since I learnt how to install logos, faces, kits etc, etc, I always did without problems. Until FM26.

I really don't understand where the problem is. It seems to be all in order.

Can someone please look if I did any mistake? All the other graphic are working just fine, it is just 3d kits I cannot make them work.

The third (last) image has nothing to do with the 3d kits but 2d kits such as SS, FC'12 etc.

The 3D kits will only be showing in the match engine so when your team plays games. or they show on the home screen of FM hanging up in the changing rooms

I know, it was to support my point. Everything else it's working excepted for the 3d Kits. Again I do this long time. Me asking for help is the last resource, because I cannot understand why all the graphics are working beside the 3d Kits.

On my PC 3d kits won't work if I have 2d kits with the same name. 

I doubt I'll make it all, but some half of it will be added soon

Hi all, wonder if you can help me with my 3d kits (I've also added my SS kits just in case something needs to be altered there for both to work) for a hidden team in the game, I've unlocked Harchester United in the game (ID:151988) and created a 3d kit for the first time this year for them alongside the SS kits, I've put them in separate 2d and 3d folders in the graphics folder for them, screenshots included, however on the home screen where the home shirt should be I have the away shirt showing and on the club site page no licsended kits are showing. Can someone help me with this please.

As the message above, graphics files now need unique names.  call the 3d ones "harchester3d_1" or something like that.

I managed to get my 2d kits working but as you can see in my screenshots my 3d kits are still showing my away kit where the home should be on the home screen

There is a bug where the kits on that screen show up in the wrong colours.  I suspect it just so happens to be the same colour as your away kit.  But it's a screen you only see for a second while loading your save, so who cares.

I have a question about 3D kits. I'd like to be able to use different 3D kits that I've created for each competition during the same season. Is this possible? 

I know that for specific competitions you can assign different default kits from the game, but I don't know if it's possible to do the same with 3D kits, or how to add the path in the config file.

You would have to swap them manually and restart the game every time you want a different kit.

@hammer9  Can you make a config file for santos as well as their id because i have the pngs and i named them santos_home for home and etc to all three respective kits.
it just doesn't load no matter what i do. i put  the team id as 335 because it is what they had in fm24 pls help me
