In Football Manager series, every player is defined by a set of attributes that measure their ability on the pitch. These are split into three categories: technical (now with Set Pieces apart), mental and physical. Each one is rated from 1 to 20, where 1 is poor and 20 is excellent.
Alongside the visible attributes you can see on a player’s profile, the game also tracks a number of non-displayed or “hidden” ratings. These are not shown directly in the interface, but they quietly influence how a player behaves, trains and performs. You will often find hints about them in scouting and coach reports, where they appear as part of a player’s strengths and weaknesses.
What makes these ratings special is that they describe a player’s personality, mentality and tendencies rather than pure footballing skill. Things like Consistency, Injury Proneness, or Professionalism reflect how reliable or disciplined a player is, while visible attributes such as Passing or Finishing simply measure their technical ability.

How can I see these attributes in the game?

In-game you can't but player reports will give you a hint. You have to use the editor to see their exact value.

Thanks! And indeed, having those top scouts on board and scouting a player long enough, gives you a lot of extra information.
