Issue Creating New Save - Only a few teams available to select

Hello everyone,

​Since yesterday, I haven't been able to create any new saves in FM26.

​When I load the leagues, only a few teams are available for me to choose. For example, in the Premier League, there are only 3 teams, in the Bundesliga 1, in La Liga 2, and so on.

​Does anyone know the solution for this error?
