Japan Level 10.fmf and JFA Japan Level 10 Pyramid.fmf file problems

I have a problem with the Japan database files, specifically with “Japan Level 10.fmf” and the “JFA Japan Level 10 Pyramid.fmf” file. When I activate either one of them in the game and start a new save—for example with Vegalta Sendai in the Japanese second division—the game generates youth players who are half English.

I’m not sure whether I’m doing something wrong or if the file itself is faulty. I also haven’t tested yet whether this only happens at the start of the save or if I will get English youth players every year, who are marked as foreign players and therefore don’t help me. When I start the game without any of these files, the players are not English. For example, Yu Nakada ( https://www.transfermarkt.de/yu-nakada/profil/spieler/910220 ) is Japanese in the base game. But when I use one of the files, he becomes English in the game.

I would appreciate your help with this issue.
