The Material Skin is ready for you again this year!
It's based on the colors of the skin created for previous editions of the game, with the addition of a couple of custom backgrounds. For now, this version is based on the game still in beta, so there may be structural issues unrelated to the skin.

To use the default attribute colors go to preferences -> details -> audio and video and choose preset 3 on "player attributes"

Download the file.
- Unzip the file.
- Locate the Game Directory: Navigate to your Football Manager installation directory.
The standard path for Windows is typically:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\fm_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64\
- And for Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 26/fm.app/Contents/Resources/Data/StreamingAssets/aa/StandaloneOSX - Locate the original files (SEE ABOVE) in the game's data folder and make a backup copy before proceeding.
- Copy and paste the files into the game directory. When asked, choose to overwrite/replace the existing files.

Hello, I don't understand why the budwaiser4 - v1.0 version crashes (see image), while the material-skin-26-v0.7 version works fine. Should I stick with the material-skin-26-v0.7 version?

This probably depends if you updated to the beta branch of the game or not… if you didn't update your game then better don't update the skin.

It works only with the update 26.1.0..if you don't have this update you must use the older version of the skin so the 0.7..if you are for example on Epic or Game pass and the patch has not been applied you have to use the 0.7..when it is released you can also insert the 1.0 version there

You are on 26.0.6 version of the game the skin works only with 26.1.0 so you must update the game to use the skin

Right click on FM26 → manage → file → browse and i think you have this path after FM26/content/fm_Data/StreamingAssets/aa/StandaloneWindows64/

Why is the skin not showing the usual teal/blue/green color but purple still? is it an download error? since AlexMorak´s skin works perfectly fine with the orange UI being displayed. Playing on Macbook on the latest FM26 update

If you see your previous screen with the skin error you can see the version of your FM and it's 26.0.6

Download now the skin that is compatible with the 26.1.1 version, you download the version not compatible with the last update of FM. Now i released the compatible one

I'm a Macbook user. I get an error the moment I click on a football player's profile. In some skins, the background of areas resembling player profiles is black. Why?

From Steam, right-clicking on the game -> properties -> installed files -> and clicking the "verify integrity of game files" button. This will restore all the original game files. After that, re-insert the skin files and any other mods you used, such as no-fake

I switched to the public beta and reinstalled the game, and it fixed the problem. However, I don't know which action caused the fix: reinstalling the game or switching to the public beta?

The beta, the skin now works only with the beta because works only with 26.1.1. When the update will release in public and not more beta you can switch off the public beta

If you don't have a backup you must restore the original files..if you are on steam you must right click on the game → properties → installed files → verify integrity of game files…click on it restore every files of the game, so if you use for example no fake you must reapply it

I am on Mac and I can only go as far as Football Manager26 as there is no fm.app. Is there a way around this?
