Question on 'Newgan' AI youth faces

Hi guys,

I recently set up the ‘Newgan’ AI faces for my youth academy for a more realistic save.

It works perfectly - majority of my players have new and unique faces. However, there is a huge problem. Whilst the pack covers all of my white, hispanic, asian, etc players, for some reason no black players on my team or anywhere throughout the same have received new faces - they are all stuck with the ugly FM original youth player face. I used FMZ Tools and followed the guide by word, is there anything i've done wrong? It's not a huge issue but its just annoying to look at. Any help would be appreciated.
