Allthough in the first version many of the U-19 coaches and youth scouts shoud not be in the game.  You got a way larger staff  than the board alow. 

Some of them train the U-12 team.. And the board isn´t right.. But not a big problem, we can set them to no club ourselves..  

You have done the hard work, well done and thamks..

We opted for the complete package: a full staff, from the first team down to the youth ranks. Within the scouting team, the youth and first teams work closely together within Ajax, and it has now become a unified whole.

Yes, you can download the database here on the website and use it.

You install it as follows:

• Download the files
  Place The Football Manager Update and other files in \Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\editor data
  REMOVE OLD VERSIONS BEFORE STARTING A NEW SAVE (VERY IMPORTANT)
  Start Football Manager 26 and start a new career.
  When selecting your database files, make sure the editor files you want to use are all ticked.
  Continue and pick Original as your game mode
  Continue to Advanced Settings
  Once you have selected your Nations & Leagues you can start your game.

Official Football Manager 2026 – Ajax Staff Update

The Ajax staff file for Official Football Manager 2026 has been updated .

What’s new in this update:

• Jordi Cruijff has been appointed as Technical Director of Ajax.
• Alex Kroes has left Ajax in his role as Technical Director.
• Several new staff members have been created:
• Rik Verhage is now Assistent Coach of Jong Ajax.
• Tim van Dompzelaar has joined Ajax as a Scout.
• Dave Kleinrensink has left Ajax as a scout and is now Head Scout at Roda JC.

Multiple scouting contracts at Ajax have been extended.

Within the scouting department:

• Rob Kalse
• Peter van der Hengst
• Wim Kwakman
  will leave Ajax at the end of the season and retire on 1 July 2026 (standard FM behaviour).

Various optimisations and improvements have been made to the overall Ajax staff structure.

Hello, how can I change the faces of the leaders (president…) please?

Afternoon…. apologies for not coming back to you sooner. You will need to go into the pre game editor, load the editor data file with the created president for Ajax, locate the president and you should be able to see a Unique ID for him there. Then create the config and face as usual.

I hope this helps. FYI I believe you will only ever see their faces if they talk to you when you are appointed or make a board request?

This update includes the latest changes to the Ajax scouting staff:

• Siem de Jong has joined Ajax as a Scout.
• Joel Lara has joined Ajax as Chief Scout.
• Kelvin de Lang has left Ajax and is no longer serving as Chief Scout.

Download FMRTE. There you can load your game and search for the board member. There you can find the unique ID number.

Next year it would be cool to just update the Steam workshop item every time instead of uploading a new one haha. Saves a bit of hassle. Anyway, thanks for the update, great to see the latest changes covered. With Ajax nowadays you can almost update this editor file weekly haha.

Can someone please help me out no matter what I do I can't seem to get the Ajax staff to work once it has been downloaded where do I  need to put the file is it in database, dp,2620, inc or do it need to go into editor data?
