Can't get pass Team News and proceed to Address the Team

I just start the game, and when I try to play a friendly match and go to Team News like in the screenshot, I can't proceed to Address the Team. And that also means I can't go to the Match at all. I've tried pressing spacebar and click the Address the Team button in upper right corner, nothing happens.

 

This is the second straight match I've experience this. The first one I skip it with going on vacation thinking maybe it's just some kind of bug because it's only an intra-squad friendly match. But in the next friendly match it happened again.

Basically I can't play any match at all like this.

 

Anyone experience this bug, or have a solution for this?
