Displaying Player Attributes as Words instead of Numbers

I recently saw a Reddit post where someone managed to get player attributes displayed as words (like "Elite", "Good", "Poor") instead of just numbers in FM24. I really loved that look and want to try the same for FM26.

Does anyone know if this is possible in FM26?
