Hi everyone,

 

I’ve been a long-time FM player, and my favorite part has always been the Youth Intake, getting the best youngsters.

 

I wanted to make a game that focuses purely on that "Discovery" feeling, without the complexity of match tactics or press conferences and the whole complex system of FM. So, I’m building Football Academy Manager.

 

You act as the Academy Owner, but it’s very hands-on:

  • Scouting: Attending youth matches and scouting talents.
  • Development: Guiding which skills to improve.
  • Tycoon Mechanics: Upgrading facilities and balancing the budget by selling players.

 

It is a focused experience about the thrill of spotting a star before anyone else and getting a world class academy.

 

I’m releasing into Early Access on Jan 29th. I’d appreciate any feedback!
