Note: Most shirts have been converted as follows:
PES → FM24 → FM26
In addition, they have been upscaled using AI (Sorry, but this is my first 3D pack).
Update: Added new sponsor for Lazio.
For everyone who asks how to install it, watch this and please learn how to use google next:
The only thing that changed is the game, don't install in folder called “Football Manager 2024”. Install in “Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics”.

I'm also having the same problem with the AC Milan jersey. I tried putting the files both loosely in the graphics folder and in the original subfolder. The jerseys are visible perfectly, but the names and numbers aren't visible when the first jersey is on; everything is black. The second jersey, which is white, is fine. I think the third jersey is fine because it's yellow, but I still haven't been able to see it.
I also have other 3D jersey kits, I thought that was the problem, but I removed them all and the problem remains. In short, trying on this Serie A kit, the AC Milan home jersey doesn't look right.
What's the problem? Maybe the game has been updated to the new version?

I also have this problem for both Inter, Milan in the Serie A, but I think it's because I am using the real name fix that's why

I also use the real team names, logos, and faces, even those for new players.
But I don't think it has anything to do with the 3D jerseys; ultimately, they're extra features. Otherwise, the problem would exist regardless, even without the 3D jersey package, and instead, it doesn't.
This is obviously my opinion. Let's wait and see what someone more knowledgeable has to say.

I just happened to be playing the derby and Inter looks good, but I always see Milan in their first jersey poorly.
But now I'm using the new kit package, 2026.04.
I really don't understand what the problem is.

hufff unica cosa cambiata da fm 25 al 26 sono le maglie 3d le 2 di sono ancora compatibili, poi anno ggiunto tnte mod per altri effetti gradici e sonori ecc ecc per ora rimango tranquillo nel 24 poi vedrò ciao ciao

scusate la confusione, o una tastiera wifi forse si stanno scaricando le pile ha ha haa haa comunque la differenza tra fm24 e fm26 sono i kit 3d diversi che sono incompatibili ma i 2d no poi ovviamente il 26 anno fatto mod grafici e mod varie per renderlo più realistico possibile ma io x ora rimago con 24 poi vedrò, scusate messaggi precedenti con errori.

Hi all, I still have problems with some 3D kits not showing but only for Serie A. All other kits are fine and from what I read I believe the issue must be with my set up somewhere as no one else has the problem with this pack.
Just played Roma in Europa League and there kit is just generic.
Can anyone help?

hello, I had the same problem before Inter kits never worked for me but when I changed the name from Inter to Internazionale for all the 3 kits in the config file it worked finally.
