Getting rid point deductions

I want to play a Sheffield Wednesday save on FM26 but I didn't want to handle the -18 points deduction I started with. I looked through the pre-game editor and made the club not be in administration anymore and also looked everywhere in advanced rules, the skybet championship part… when you go to the point deduction part of this it doesn't show the deduction, only past deductions, when i disabled it it did nothing. I would really appreciate help on this. (this is fm26, fm26 pre-game editor)
