FM26 Match Engine Has Been Updated
FM26 Match Engine was just updated on February 11th which will have broken many tactics.
This is a generic message applied to all FM26 tactics check for tests with an ME Version 26.2 or greater.

this is my emulation of Flick's Barcelona
Results: The Record-Breaking Quadruple
The season concluded with absolute dominance, bringing home every available trophy and rewriting the club's history.
La Liga: Champions with 96 points (31 wins, 3 draws, 4 losses). A legendary attack with 132 goals scored and 43 conceded.
Champions League: Winners with a terrifying offensive run: 53 goals scored in a single edition of the tournament.
Copa del Rey & Supercopa: Winners, completing a historic Quadruple.
Pichichi: Robert Lewandowski dominated the scoring charts with 33 goals in the league alone.

This is not Hansi Flick's tactics. Averaging 51% in La Liga in the game whereas Barca is currently averaging 68.7% possession in La Liga in real life.

in fact stats in game are not so real for other teams either. Betis is not so good in possession. I must admit I was disappointed by the in-possession stats not being as good as in reality as you said. FM 26 ME is not perfect, if you want much more possession you must use shorter passing or even much shorter not more direct but Flick in reality wants vertical play, if you use shorter passing and even lowering the tempo, you will have tikitaka
Maybe the closest one is Real Madrid, 61% in the game, 59% in reality
