https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/fm24-transfer-update  I downloaded the data update from here, but it's not working. No transfers have taken place. For example, Kevin De Bruyne is still with his old team. Edin Dzeko is at Fenerbahçe, and none of the other players have transferred. How can i solve it
