UI is unresponsive or clunky

Messages load very slow, somethimes don't even load. Same thing goes for drop down menus. I have to click a menu and wait 10+ seconds or click some other menu then back for the first menu to load. Sometimes that doesn't even happen. I couldn't register my team and move on because that part did not load. 

I have faces, kits and logos installed. No other mods. They are probably taking toll on performance but my pc is pretty good. That shouldn't be problem, right? Database is large by they way. So, it loads a lot of players but interface or clunky-ness problem is not related with loading time between "continue". That's why I don't think that should be the reason.
