3rd Kit Issues

I dont know if this is the right spot for this but chatgpt and others have become incredibly useless spewing the same garbage i already responded to.. anywho im having some issues with the 3rd kits for Portugal, MLS squads and CPL squads except Ottawa. Before proceeding, all the kits i got from FM Slovakia website. Regarding Portugal, i really only selected kits for Portugal and Italy (i plan on doing other countries but not rn) and while Italy displays the 3rd kit i selected, Portugal doesnt. MLS doesnt show any 3rds at all but the Home and Away were changed and work properly. The CPL none of the teams except for Ottawa show the 3rd kit, all home and away works fine. 

I ensured all names of the kit images match that of the config files and how i set up the folders are Country (Club teams) so example USA - MLS and inside that folder has the 3 kit sets per club along with the config file. I did this for Portugal, Italy, England, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Spain as well as international UEFA, AFC, CONCACAF. As mentioned, for international i only did 3 countries with a 3rd kit.. Canada, Portugal and Italy and only Portugal doesnt work… every other country has their home and away changed, and for the clubs, only MLS and the other CPL clubs dont work. So i cant figure out whats going on.

 

I also would like to ask a question about all the mods i have and which would work best together but to clear my head id like to solve this kit issue first. Any help would be appreciated.
