Lower league with Enhanced FM24 Data Update

Not sure if this is even possible or if it has been asked before. But I have been a premium member for like 6 years, and have paid for the latest Enhanced FM24 Data Update. My question is, is there anyway to use this data update but add in the lower leagues of england?
