Hello all, this is a purely fictional DB where women's football has seen an massive increase in popularity across CONCACAF. Leagues have seen attendances rise, TV and sponsorship money come in, and new continental competitions have formed, both of which have prize money.
The attached ZIP file contains the 18 nation DBs and the continental file as well as the annual women's CWC file.
Note: Use “Add players to playable teams” to give teams starting players. “Add key staff” can also be good too.

USA, Mexico, and Canada have Championship Playoffs, but I set the continental qualification spots to be based on the regular season performance. The playoffs still determine the champions and have prize money. This is to make securing a higher league position more enticing as opposed to just worrying about making the playoffs.
As it stands, there aren't coefficients so qualifying spots are static.
Most teams outside of the USA, Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica start as semi-professional. But they go professional over time thanks to small TV deals and continental money. Making the group stage of the Champions Cup should set you up to go professional in a season or two.
There are squad size limits and international player limits ranging from 7 to 11 depending on the league. I have bumped up youth ratings and the game importance of nations to help with developing youth talent. All teams have a U21 team that plays against the others in their division as well.
NEW - Annual Club World Cup
All finalists from all continental competitions Meet in a 16 team Women's CWC to be the champion of the world and secure prize money. The format starts with a group stage then 3 knockout rounds.
- 4 from Europe (Champion's league and EURO Cup)
- 4 from North America (W Champions Cup and W Challenge Cup)
- 2 from South America (Copa Libertadores Femenina)
- 2 from Asia (AFC Women's Champions League)
- 2 from Africa (African Women's Champions League)
- 2 from Oceania (Oceania Women's Champions League)
Note: This CWC File relies on the NA continental competitions and the leagues that go along with it to work.
Future Plans
- Adding more nations and expanding continental qualifying for NA to include all nations
- Adding more teams to current nations to give more league fixtures
- Tweaking/Boosting youth ratings of smaller nations
- Tweaking international roster spots/finances
- Any recommendations are also welcome!
Let me know if there are any issues with the DB files and I will do my best to fix them ASAP. I have holidayed into 2070 without crashes to test it.

Would like to see the actual second D1 league in the US before a second tier.
Eterna
Alrighty, I'll work on that next.
EDIT:
Update:
USA
The NWSL is the bigger of the two leagues, but I made sure that you can qualify for a continental cup with a USSL Super League team without going through the league cup. Getting the continental qualifying to work at all took me a bit and I still may tweak it, but this is the only way I could get it to successfully work at the moment without the game glitching out.
Women's Club World Cup
An annual CWC that takes the finalists from all continental cups around the world. My attempts to make it every 4 years failed, so I settled on an annual cup for now. I will try again another time to make it every 4 years.
If you don't want the CWC, simply disable or delete the file “Women's CWC”.

Hey, will you update it after the patch? Would like to start a new save with this on the new database
Eterna
Just updated it and did a holiday for a few years and everything looks like it's working.

Tried it on it's initial release and it's pretty fun, only con is that the boost to income is massive to teams here, so they basically are almost the equivalent of all being Saudi tier in money vs the rest of the world. Would be nice if the income was tuned a bit lower (e.g, even the new fake teams in Canada that do nothing with their sqauds and basically have fake players for 1-2 seasons) have 15-20m easily pocketed too, so they can just purchase power over even established clubs like Chelsea.
Not sure if your future plan listing means basically creating the super league for the world, but if so that basically would fix my concerns. Looking forward to future updates since I'll give it another whirl with the CWC you just added.

Yeah I'm toning down the finances in my next update, its definitely too high and something I noticed in my current save as well.
