I renamed and saved them all. Although it says it's saved, when I go back it's still in drafts and it asks me to remap them again when I log in.

The system match ID's not names.
If you want to submit a cut for Cristiano Ronaldo, you need to rename the file after his ID 735216. If not, you need to do it manually, yes 🙂

I match them all with their identification numbers and send them, but when I go back to that draft, it asks me to match them again from the beginning.

It says I've saved all the IDs this way, but they remain as drafts, and when I log in again, it says I need to re-match them from scratch.

In the first screenshot it's clearly you didn't renamed it. For example, Nedim Vatasenver filename is his name. “Nedim Vatasenver.jpg”. Instead of renaming the file that way, use his ID 457968
If you rename the pics on your computer after their IDs, the system match their IDs without a problem. If you use his name, then you should put their IDs manually in the draft

I can't explain my problem to you. Yes, that's what I'm already doing, but when I click again, it asks me to rename the draft and it stays as a draft. I can't understand why. Is it normal for it to stay like that? so Is it normal for the to remain as a draft after id matching and for it to ask me to match again when I click on it?

No, you're not doing it exactly what I said. I'll try to do it for you, but the next time, it's better you do the renaming before upload them to avoid this error.

I'm doing exactly as you said. I sync the files, save them, and when I save and exit, it stays as a draft and asks me to sync them again. I can send a screen video.

Rename the files afther their IDs before submitting them. There's no more steps.
