Real Fixture & Results are back!
First of all, I wanted to thank you for the support, feedback, and changes you've suggested over the past few months for the previous project.
Achieving these numbers was by no means a given!
KEY FEATURES
- Real Fixture & Results
- Fix date for national cups
- Playable B teams where they are not already in the original database (e.g. Italy)
TWO DIFFERENT MODES
- Normal Real Fixture & Results: The classic real fixtures & results mode you used until the last update with the addition of the winners of the super cups played in July-August.
- Only Fixture: The mode where there are fixtures and you can start with the league start date of the chosen nation like a normal career.
COMMON ISSUE
If you use "Continue Game Timeout" the game may decide to simulate the start date during loading, taking you to a later date.
To avoid this, simply:
- Disable "Continue Game Timeout" in preferences, before creating a new game.
- Create your game to use real results.
- As soon as you've saved the first time, re-enable in preferences "Continue Game Timeout."

I've created a few "fixed" leagues for you because the process is very lengthy and you won't get the same results as starting a year later.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE FOLDER
Inside the main folder you will find:
- The folder 'Normal Real Fixture & Results', containing the 'Start Date', ‘Alternative’ subfolder and the various .fmf files. The 'Alternatives' folder contains alternative files for starts on certain dates in combination with the starter dates and a '_README' file with instructions on how to use them in both English and Italian.
- The folder 'Only Fixture', containing the various .fmf files for the various fixtures.
HOW TO INSTALL FILES
The .fmf files must be inserted in:
Documents\Sport Interecative/Football Manager 2026\editor data
For Epic Games:
/Users / [your user] / Library / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
For MAC:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive
By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:
Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2026’
For Steam Deck:
devices / home / deck / .local / share / Steam / steamapps / compatdata / 1904540 / pfx / drive_c / users / steamuser / My Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
Starting a new save using Football Manager Original mode is required.
HOW TO START SAVE WITH THIS SCENARIO
- Load the files.
- Add any leagues you want and the
Seychellesnation onView-Only. - Choose the date from
Seychellesnation where you want to start with real results. - On
Add and Remove Leaguesgo to remove theSeychellesLeague.

Hallo vielleicht mache ich ja was falsch aber einige Spieler wie zb. Reyna sind nicht registriert wenn ich als Startdatum den 9.3 wähle oder Später. Den Spieler zu melden für die Liga geht zu dem Datum nicht mehr.
Mache ich da was falsch was auch aufgefallen ist die Spieler Daten Tore usw. stimmen nicht.

Quale tipo di errore ti esce? cosi non si capisce nulla.
Controlla di usare la versione 26.2 e di non aver selezionato vecchi db che causano crash facendo una pulizia e aggiungendo solo quelli della nuova versione.
Poi, altro consiglio, togliete le mod che vanno direttamente nel percorso di installazione perchè causano crash.
I miei file non causano crash dal momento che le modifiche sono minime.
What kind of error are you getting? It's impossible to tell. Make sure you're using version 26.2 and that you haven't selected any old databases that cause crashes by cleaning them up and adding only those from the new version. Then, another tip: remove any mods that go directly to the installation path because they cause crashes. My files don't cause crashes since the changes are minimal.

The updates are great, I follow them every week, but why is there a Champions League fixture list in FM 26 like there is in FM 24?

Not at the moment because I have always found numerous problems throughout the FM26 edition and its editor, and I want to give you something that gives as few problems as possible so as not to ruin your careers.

È normale perché non sono inseriti i risultati della fase campionato della Champions, Europa League e Conference per i motivi che ho spiegato più volte e che riguardano i vari problemi dell'editor di FM26 che trovi nei commenti precedenti.
Ma anche se ci fossero stati, dai playoff in poi non avrei comunque potuto fare nulla come accade per tutte le coppe nazionali.
Questa mancanza c'è sempre stata nell'inserimento dei risultati reali.
It's normal because the results from the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference leagues aren't included for the reasons I've explained several times and which relate to the various issues with the FM26 editor you can find in previous comments. But even if they were included, from the playoffs onward I wouldn't have been able to do anything, as is the case with all domestic cups. This has always been a problem when it comes to including real results.

There's a problem with the schedule maker for Norway.
When you get into 2026 it will put out two league games in two days, 15.5 and 16.5.
16.5 is a big day for football in Norway, and there's always games on that day. 17.5 is the Constitution Day and a public holiday, so no games are played on then.
There are never games on the 15.5 or 14.5.
Is this something you could have a look at?

Hey, first off - love this, thank you!
Having a little issue. Can get Seychelles to load etc and pick an appropriate start date. One thing I am struggling with is actually getting the real results (up to end of March in this instance) Just started a new save loading all RR files and none of the results line up for me. e.g. Spurs are 4th and we all know that aint true, hah. Read through all posts and instructions but can't find anything as to what I might be missing and why real results don't show for me. Thanks in advance for any help.
The only other editor files I use along side these ones are the Data Updates and the Real Name Fix from SI..also just tried only loading RR England and the March files and I'm still not getting real results
UPDATE: Worked it out, I didn't have “Use Real Fixtures” selected in Advanced Settings when setting up the game

I only entered the real results for the 2025 season, so if you start in December, you'll find the actual standings; if you start later, FM will simulate them up to that date. This problem isn't directly my fault, it's created by the game over the course of the seasons, so much so that even in the save I'm playing with, in another country, matches are sometimes close together.
Before the next update, I'll check to see if I can adjust the schedule for Norway, and if so, I'll add it to the next patch notes.

Make sure you've loaded them into the game by selecting them as additional databases, as you did with the Seychelles.
First of all, make sure you've selected the ones starting with "RR" and not the ones with "RF," which only have the fixture.

I think you selected the first transfer window block or entered a database that's not compatible with mine.
Given the type of error, I think it's more the first case.

For the annual leagues, I first need to move all the teams to the 2026 season because the latest update set the teams to "the following season," but this isn't enough to insert the real results without the error appearing on the different teams since it refers to 2025.
This obviously takes up some time.

It's written in the guide, you must use the starting date I provide you with on the departure date I recommend. The Seychelles will be unlocked and you'll start on that date.
