how to remove U18/U21 from a club?

so, i been wanting to play Wrexham as a zero nothing club, using the pre game editor.
i dropped them to NLN, removed all their players, and staff, destroyed the stradium, dropped it to 4k seats, removed benefactor, and money and income, etc…
now in edition to all that, i wanted to remove the U21 and U18, i went to the club and made them both not used, i removed anything to do with them from suppoorters objectives, and chairman objectives, and downgraded my youth set up to -1 in the stadium.
when i go in game, the U21 is removed, but the U18 is still there, can anyone tell me how to remove them from the game please?
