Costa Rica and Jamaica top divisions activated with real life rules
(including Costa Rica Apertura and Clausura with Grand Final fully working i.e. not played when same team wins league and playoff stage per real rules)
(26.1 version: Highly recommended to use the Central American Cup file, especially with the Costa Rica file.
This fixes a bug in the default SI database, with the Central American Cup is set as “Club Finals" like the Club World Cup, which results in teams that get all the way to the final playing no domestic matches from July to December resulting in horrific fixture congestion!
This issue will occur with other Central American leagues (e.g. Honduras), so if using any, welcome to use this file to fix the issue.
No other changes to the default CONCACAF continental competitions are made to the file)
UPDATE 26.2
CONCACAF file now activates CFU Shield and corrects Caribbean Cup to be on home/away rather than host nation basis as well as fixing Central American Cup club finals issue
Trinidad & Tobago top 2 divisions also added

Just wanted to ask if there’s any chance you’ll release a file for the rest of Central America (Honduras, Panama, Guatemala, etc.) like you did in FM2024. Also, do you know if there will be an update for the Costa Rican Second Division?

It's very unlikely (also I didn't for FM24, you must be thinking of someone else).
There is a full North American file on FM Scout though, looks like it is of decent quality
