Just so often the kits aren't rendering correctly, downloaded 3D kits and they keep glitching out, I looked around and no one seems to have had this issue. I've put them in a top directory with no sub folders just labeled kits, which worked fine for everything else but not these. Even deleting it doesn't seem to matter. Here's a screenshot of the kit malfunction.

Have you made sure that the 2d and 3d kits do not match in their naming? i.e. arsenal1.png / arsenal2.png etc? I call my 3d kits in this example arsenal1_3d.png and also ensure that the config is correct. This could be the cause of your issue.

Good idea, I checked, they're all labeled _3d.png config looks correct.

Perhaps post your folder paths for both 2d and 3d on here and the community can see what could be the issue.
Is It definately FM26 3d kits? As FM24 or earlier won’t work, as the lay out of them are different.

I downloaded it from here under FM26. I don't have a separate 2D mod. It's the sortitoutsi 3D Kits Megapack 2026.05

Must be something about your file path that is causing the conflict then.

Here's the folder and the config, maybe someone can gain some insight? Thinking about deleting next time I restart FM and maybe redownloading and hoping that'll help?

Call the kits 3d kits in the folder path instead of just kits. See if that works.

and my 2d kit file path is …..
C:\Users\xxxx\OneDrive\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics\2d

So try changing name to 3d from kits

Alas that didn't seem to be the solution.

I've even deleted the folder and still renders badly, maybe uninstall/reinstall is my move now.

my location for kits are as follows:
Football Manager 26\graphics\pictures\kits\3d}
no issues for me as long as no other packs installed including fm24 versions etc.
