After researching on the internet, reading blog posts as well as watching some Getafe matches, this is my recreation of José Bordalás “anti-football” tactic.
Averaging below 30% possession for most of my matches but don't concede to many goals or even shots against me. It may be booring with not so many highlights while playing on “Extended highlights” but this is the most fun I've had since FM24 released.
Getafe paired with this tactic is really strong at home and hard to beat, drawing against Barcelona (1-1)

and beating league leaders Sevilla (1-0)

Don't expect to win the league, this is a tactic trying to emulate realism.
I strongly recommend you to read this brilliant piece about our main man https://theanalyst.com/articles/getafe-jose-bordalas-tactics-la-liga. before trying my tactic.
He often use players in different positions. For example; Christantus Uche is a ball winning defensive midfielder but has been used as a striker by Bordalás and striker Juanmi as the left sided midfielder.
I often use opposition instructions like this:

as Getafe often let the opponents play in to their central midfielders before pouncing on to them with full speed.
This is my first post and tactic here and I made this post in a hurry due to a youtube comment request of me uploading the tactic, so it's not as pretty or as informative as some others. BUT as I said earlier, I strongly recommend you to read the blog post about Bordalás tactics. https://theanalyst.com/articles/getafe-jose-bordalas-tactics-la-liga.
Good luck!

Wow, thank you for the kind words! Have you tried the tactic yourself? Maybe even with Getafe as well?

Great tactic, will try it out later. Can you try to recreate Allegri´s tactic that he is using at Milan this season? It should be fun since Allegri has also been known for his “boring” football.

Yeah, maybe I will give it a go, if I have time!

Looks really fun to use ! Any particular individual player instructions?
