This planned tournament pitting the Euro 2024 winners against the recent Copa América winners is in the game, and clickable in the menu dropdown for "World" competitions, but set to "not take place" as far as I can tell - likely because nearly every international date is already taken up, especially if the European team gets into the Nations League final 4, which is common.
This moves it to March 2026, which seems to be the latest plan IRL, and every four years from there.
