Where can I check what leagues are already in the game? Or is there a list somewhere? Like, I've spend a few hours to collect 3d from leagues that are important to me and some I didn't find but for some of them that's probably because they're in the game already. But I don't know where to check.

Basically, all leagues that are licensed have 3D kits.
