I've downloaded the data update for the FM24 updtated , I usually play english lower leagues, and from I could see there are several teams in vanarama national league north/south with players duplicated, could anyone look at it and fix it please!!! PS I have the premium where you can dowload it each 20 minutes, but as I download again it remains with duplicated players..

Can you give a few named, representative examples of players you’re seeing duplicated, please? This will help us investigate and follow the data trail properly.
I would be very surprised if there are widespread duplicates at that level, coming from our Data Update alone, to be honest. Are you sure you’re not using other custom databases/third-party files from other sources alongside our Data Update? If you’re not sure, please send a screenshot of your ‘editor data’ folder and we can take a look.

And about the data update, I've Just downloaded the one from here, and they are still duplicated in my game, I Will post later on the screenshots and they players that are duplicated

Thanks for those examples - they are useful.
I've taken a quick look and I can also see two of each of these people when I look at the squad view of either Worksop or Chorley. What is bizarre to me is that when I look at the profiles of both instances, they are both showing me the same Unique ID - that is, they are the same Person record, according to the data being shown by the game.
I've tested starting a game without the Data Update enabled and can confirm that this phenomenon doesn't happen - so there must be something, somewhere in the Data Update, causing it.
Testing further in-game, with the Data Update enabled, whilst there is a duplication in the Squad view, the game does appear to be treating them as single entities. If I go to the Tactics view, for example, I only see one of each. If I set Steven Drench as the GK in my Tactic, when I go into the Squad view it is showing me both entries as being in that position. On that basis, this feels like a nuanced bug with the Squad list view, rather than a genuine duplication of the data.
From the perspective of our Data Update, when I look at the data for these two people, I can see that the Data Update is applying changes to each of them to set them as being Player instead of Player/Non-Player (i.e. dual-role) records. Whether that's correct or incorrect, I can't be sure, but either way it shouldn't result in two of the person appearing.
I will flag with the Site Admin and we will investigate. For now, all I can do is confirm that I can replicate the situation, but I can't see an obvious cause. For what it's worth, I don't really need those screenshots from your end at this stage.

I took another look at the teams in the Vanarama National League North/South, National League, and Sky Bet League Two.
Here are more players who are duplicated:
Paul Jones - King's Lynn Town
Michael Gash - Peterborough Sports

Thanks for those extra examples.
The thing that is common to all of them is that they are dual-role People records (or supposed to be). Each of them is a Player/Non-Player. There must be something in that pattern that is resulting in them appearing the way they do in-game.
This is on the to-do list for investigation - we will look into this as soon as we are able.
@Footygamer - so you have a bit of a fuller dataset for troubleshooting this, the following players are all being observed as appearing duplicated in the Squad view in FM24, when using the FM24 Data Update. They don't appear twice in other parts of the UI and the game seems to logically recognise them as one player (both instances show the same UID and, for example, when selecting one into a position, both are set at that position).
When not using the FM24 Data Update, this duplication in the Squad view is not present.
In the FM24 Data Update ‘Contracts’ file, each of these has had a change applied to them to change their Person Type to ‘Player’ from ‘Player / Non-Player’. I haven't tested stripping out that change in Person Type manually, but I will do and report back on the outcome.
