FM26 Has Been Updated
FM26 was just updated on March 30th which will have broken many skins so you may have to wait for the author to update this file.
This is a generic message applied to all FM26 Skins, check the comments for more accurate information.
How to Install the skin on FM 26
1. Extract
the contents of the downloaded file
2. Locate
the Game Directory: Navigate to your Football Manager installation directory.
The standard path for Windows is typically:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\fm_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64\
3. Locate the original files in the game's data folder and make a backup copy
before proceeding.
4. Copy and paste the files into the game directory. When asked, choose to overwrite/
replace the existing files

Not sure not tried it, if not head over to fmskinbuilder.com for my new skins, I have one called TSO and a dark skin called Dark Passenger. There are also other skins available for free
