Real Fixture & Results are back!
First of all, I wanted to thank you for the support, feedback, and changes you've suggested over the past few months for the previous project.
Achieving these numbers was by no means a given!
KEY FEATURES
- Real Fixture & Results
- Fix date for national cups
- Playable B teams where they are not already in the original database (e.g. Italy)
TWO DIFFERENT MODES
- Normal Real Fixture & Results: The classic real fixtures & results mode you used until the last update with the addition of the winners of the super cups played in July-August.
- Only Fixture: The mode where there are fixtures and you can start with the league start date of the chosen nation like a normal career.
COMMON ISSUE
If you use "Continue Game Timeout" the game may decide to simulate the start date during loading, taking you to a later date.
To avoid this, simply:
- Disable "Continue Game Timeout" in preferences, before creating a new game.
- Create your game to use real results.
- As soon as you've saved the first time, re-enable in preferences "Continue Game Timeout."

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE FOLDER
Inside the main folder you will find:
- The folder 'Normal Real Fixture & Results', containing the 'Start Date', ‘Alternative’ subfolder and the various .fmf files. The 'Alternatives' folder contains alternative files for starts on certain dates in combination with the starter dates and a '_README' file with instructions on how to use them in both English and Italian.
- The folder 'Only Fixture', containing the various .fmf files for the various fixtures.
HOW TO INSTALL FILES
The .fmf files must be inserted in:
Documents\Sport Interecative/Football Manager 2026\editor data
For Epic Games:
/Users / [your user] / Library / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
For MAC:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive
By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:
Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2026’
For Steam Deck:
devices / home / deck / .local / share / Steam / steamapps / compatdata / 1904540 / pfx / drive_c / users / steamuser / My Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2026 / editor data
Starting a new save using Football Manager Original mode is required.
HOW TO START SAVE WITH THIS SCENARIO
- Load the files.
- Add any leagues you want and the
Seychellesnation onView-Only. - Choose the date from
Seychellesnation where you want to start with real results. - On
Add and Remove Leaguesgo to remove theSeychellesLeague.

News for the update, Rukh from the Ukrainian Premier League withdrew before the playoffs, and now they will continue playing in the 3rd tier, Oleksandriia who would have gotten relegated automatically will get a chance in the playoffs. The playoffs end on June 9th, maybe do a quick update after it becomes clear who wins the playoffs, and who goes down.

hey bro , first of all ty very much for this features , but the european cups are not correct, for example i want to start a save with Torreense (team from 2nd division of portugal) who recently won the portuguese cup against Sporting CP, and qualified for the Europa League while still being in the 2nd division of portugal, but when i start the save they were eleminated from the cup and did not qualify

Download the latest files I uploaded and you'll see that everything works. The files are all verified. Make sure you haven't added any other files that might be interfering.

If you want to play the World Cup with real groups, there's a dedicated mode they added in the latest update. I don't know if it's possible, but I'll think about it later.

In the “fixed” leagues he's locked in the promotions/relegations that are decided by playoff, so the correct teams always go up and down.
Saves you from having to restart because Wolfsburg beat Paderborn, for example.

So the "World Cup mode" is with the real WC qualifiers and groups. You're talking about having those also in a main career mode? Do you know if this is even possible? it would be cool to have the real ones in the background, but obviously not essential. Thanks for all you do! my Favourite FM mod by far.

Unfortunately, I checked that you can't add additional databases in that mode. So if you choose that, you won't be able to add these databases.

Hi! It depends on what you want to use: The "Fixed" ones have the cups with the winners, and since Italy is also included, I think you can use that. If you only want Italy. Alternatively, the "Normal" one has the results but not the cups.

Not from the same nation, but you can combine the "Fixed" ones with the other "Normal" ones.
But without loading the two types of a nation.
Example:
Italy, England, Germany, and Spain.
All others except Italy, England, Germany, and Spain.
By doing this, you will have no problems.
