@carlos6 Are you trying to force a small photo to fit 250x250, or is the photo just really bad quality? It looks terrible and/or heavily retouched, making it look unrealistic.
In the original photo, the face was about 200x200 pixels. It is part of a very high-resolution group photo, but it was likely upscaled using digital zoom

If the source it's like that, don't submit a 250 cut but a 180. It's not ideal either, but at least the imperfections won't be as noticeable. 🙂
