FM26 assistance needed

Greetings Sortitoutsi community!

A veteran, 53 and half yo gamer here, whose all time favorite game is Football Manager.
Unfortunately I lost my vision 10 years ago, so I could play FM only from its start in 2005 to its 2016 release.
However, a genius programmer, GreenBean, is making a screen reader accessible mod for FM26, and I am one of its beta-testers.
It looks like after 10 years of waiting and hoping, I will be able to play FM again!

I have 3 questions here, asking for your assistence:

1.
Accordingly it should be possible to replace fake player names in German, Dutch, and Japanese national team to real ones, I wish to play with maximum possible realism, so please instruct me how to do this.

2.
Is there a way to remove, or avoid the bans for Russian national team and clubs, so they can participate if not at ongoing, then at least at future, upcoming international competitions? IRL I also strongly disapprove sanctioning them for the aggressive politics and decisions of their government, which they have nothing to do with, they probably even disapprove and condemn them, especially for the war they started.

3.
I wish to play with 2 managers, 1st one will manage the weakest english 6th division team, (Leamington Utd in Enterprise division north it seems), but with the 2nd one I wish to manage the weakest existing female national team in Europe, also for the toughest possible challenge.
(this is how I always played FM)
Please instruct me, what options should I find and use to make weakest national teams managable in the game, for I assume they should be filled with randomly generated players before selecting them is possible.
(for now the weakest one in Europe is Latvia, FIFA-ranked 116th, but accordingly many even way lower rated female national teams exist in the game)

Using a pretty strong desktop PC with Windows 11, and NVDA screen reader.
Bought the Editor DLC for FM26 too, but would rather not use it, for it would probably interfere, conflict with the accessibility mod.

Thanks for your 1st and 2nd suggestion, I shall try them with, or without the help of GreenBean, (pre game editor is unaccessible for screen readers), but my 3rd question you misunderstood: I don't need database for english 6th north/south divisions, but hoped to be instructed how to make ALL existing national teams possible for selection to manage.

(so including even the weakest female ones)
