Unfortunately, national team kits, including this UEFA one, are currently only visible in FM 24 and earlier.
FM 26 lacks the panel to display them.
We hope to see if they can display national team kits in the next and final FM 26 update.

Read what I wrote above and you'll have the answer.
If you don't see the male ones, you won't see the female ones either, and the latter are only on FM 26.
So for now, at least personally, I'm not considering making them.

Only when you select the national team to coach it. Otherwise, nothing.
They didn't include the box like they do for the club.
Try selecting a FIFA-licensed national team from the World Cup and you'll see that they didn't even have the decency to make the licensed 2D kits.
They only made the 3D ones.
