Problems with updating my database

Hey guys

 

I haven't use this forum before but I hope someone here can help me solve this problem.

During the transferwindows I almost every day update with the free database because its really good for me and im only playing with teams in the Danish Superliga.

 

Yesterday I tried to download the update but when the download was finished I didn't get a folder where I can drag the files from to the editor data folder on my Mac computer.

Does anyone knows what the problem is? I just receive a file when I push the download button but I can't even move that file around on the computer.
