Build-up
The keeper starts every attack from the back. The two BCB spread Slightly wide and the HB drops between them to make a back three. These three keep the ball and pass it forward through the middle.

In Possession: 3-0-7
The midfield looks empty but never really is. BBM, FR, and PW take turns dropping into the gap to link play, while the other two stay forward. The space is always covered, but never by the same player. Meanwhile both wing-backs push up and overlap on the outside, stretching the pitch and pulling the opponent's full-backs wide.

Somehow swap roles between phases made both of them play better. Each player always ends up in the spot that fits the moment

This is a really fluid tactical setup. The constant rotations between the BBM, FR, and PW make it difficult for opponents to track runners, while the wing-backs provide the width needed to stretch the defense. Building from the back with a temporary back three also creates good passing angles and helps maintain possession. It looks very effective against teams that press aggressively, though it would require excellent positioning and communication from every player.
