Just subscribed premium, but keep asking me to pay for downloads

Hello,
 

I have just subscribed to the Premium version, but when I try to download, for example, the Enhanced Football Manager Data Update, I am still being prompted with the payment options, even though I am already a Premium user.

 

 

How can I resolve this issue?

Just giving you the facts no interest in a discussion if it is right or wrong 😉

You have “Premium membership” that gives you access to our servers and you should be able to download everything except for the “Enhanced data update”.

That is a separate service that requires a additional subscription.
