I'm sorry to hear that ,those people are mentally ill. But you know what else really sucks? When people suddenly start demanding money! Just because a few others are impatient and too stupid? 🙂 That’s really lame. How were you insulted? I want to understand. Because in the end, it’s the good players who have to pay! So are the people who play the game out of passion being punished now? Where’s the logic in that? Life is expensive enough as it is.

I agree 100%. Maybe the "insults" were just used as a pretext to make people pay for it now. In any case, I won't spend a single cent on it; referee jerseys aren't so very important.

Thanks for the huge praise! I feel like the model I do gives all parties the fairness. I get to earn from it, free users get updates and paid users get them earlier to help test and develop.
But I have seen some of the insults, and after myself being called a series of insults including but not limited to being a pedo for offering free content I can't help but feel sympathy for Mike. I've experienced it first hand and was at this crossroads too for a while. I decided to do the opposite, but with all that said I think the fact is that abuse for bringing free content is never the right way forward. This isn't directly aimed at anyone, I'm just replying to you Guido since you're the first person I saw respond to the change.

I think you're right in some ways, but from the other side of the coin you've got people hurling insults that really aren't okay over the fact you've got people who passionately bring content to the game.
The people who bring free content from passion get punished for it. Life is expensive enough and if you're working on something for a long time and you get called all sorts of shit, that's not cool.
Both groups are punished because of the actions of a few.

the praise in your case is more than deserved, because it is clear that you do it with passion and community spirit, I have not read the insults, but as the user pointed out they were not made here, I would ban whoever insults him for life, keyboard warriors where everything is due to them, where they often insult the author of the mod, only because they are idiots who do not know how to apply it, as for the payment it was just my reflection, because I see that it is becoming a habit as I said I am almost 50 years old I have been playing since the times (scudetto) in Italy :-) and the communities were born out of the passion for football manager, I remember the first mods for PES (stadium, songs, banners and flags) everything was free, because it was the passion that drove (or maybe patreon did not exist) however I end here by reiterating the concept that everyone is free to earn as they want (but if I pay and the mod sucks you also get insults) and again all my gratitude and gratitude for those who put make your mods available to everyone for free.
